Velotron is controlled by system software which runs on Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 and XP laptop and desktop computers.  Requirements include:

Pentium II (or faster) Windows based PC; 128MB RAM; 16MB DirectX 7 compatible video card*; one free serial port (or compatible USB-to-Serial adapter installed).

*video drivers for video card must be written for and compatible with DirectX 7.
